Before I started working in digital marketing, I spent two and a half years working in Mall Operations. This was a wonderful place to learn. I got a behind-the-scenes look at the retail world. Every single day, I watched how hundreds of different shops interacted with their visitors.

But over time, I noticed a very big problem. Even though there were massive crowds of people walking by, many amazing stores were struggling. They were having a hard time building real relationships, keeping buyers coming back, or showing their true value to the people standing right outside their doors.

I kept asking myself why this was happening. After watching how people act, the answer became very clear. People’s habits were changing. Shoppers were spending much more time looking down at their phones than looking up at the store windows. I realized that the only way to fix this gap was through the internet. Physical stores needed a strong online voice to reach their potential buyers. Digital marketing was the missing link.

That moment changed everything for me. I decided to change my career and learn everything I could about digital marketing. I wanted to be the person who helps businesses fix this problem and finally connect with their audience.
